I recognized that it it not easy in DVDpedia to delete entries: I have some folders where I organized my movies in. When I deleted an entry in one of this folder I thought that's it. But when I go to the main libary all of this entries are still there. I mean in the specific folder of my collection it's gone but in the main libary it's still there. So what is this and how can I manage to really delete entries I don't need any more?

Collections in DVDpedia work just like they do in iTunes - entries in collections are simply references to the main entries in the Library collection. So if you delete an entry in a collection, the main entry in Library is still there. (Unless your collection is library-independent, i.e. it has a grey collection icon instead of a blue one.)
To delete an entry from a collection AND the Library in one step, press Option-Delete instead of just delete.
