I just purchased the new versions Bookpedia 5 and DVDpedia 5 from Apple Store and tried to import old backups without success. Are there instructions somewhere? Backups seem to be greyed out.
The file “Database.bookpd” couldn’t be opened.

What kind of backups are you trying to import? What format are they in?
(The programs will automatically update your databases from version 4 to version 5, you don't need to do anything.)
