I recently discovered this useful tip in the documentation:
To start an advanced search for an entry Command-Control-[digit]*
* The digit depends on the order of your sites in the Preferences/Sites. For example, if your sites are ordered as follows:
Amazon US
IMDb
Amazon UK
...
Then an advanced search on Amazon US would correspond to the keyboard shortcut Command-Control-1, an advanced search on IMDb would correspond to Command-Control-2, an advanced search on Amazon UK would correspond to Command-Control-3, etc.
Unfortunately it's not working here; all Control-Command-# shortcuts seem to ignore the modifier keys and instead jump to the first entry starting with the number (if one exists). For example, with Amazon US first in the Preferences > Sites list Control-Command-1 jumps to the entry for 11:14 instead of doing an advanced search with selected entry/entries.
These shortcuts work inside the edit panel. So press (command-e) first to open the edit panel. I'll consider extending as shortcuts to the batch "get advance info". They don't exist there as there is less visual indication of what exactly is happening in a batch update for new pedias users and the shortcuts might be used by mistake.
