Is there a way to show that last 30 titles added? I can do movies added in the last 30 days but no way to show the last 30 titles. At least that I can figure out.

Select the 'Date added' column in the table view and sort your library by it. That'll give you the 30 last movies added.

There is no entry number limit to the smart collections as iTunes has, sorting the column as Nora mentioned is the way to go.
