How Do I sync to the same library

I have Pocketpedia on my Iphone where I had entered some DVDs from my collection, I then downloaded DVDPedia and entered some more DVDs to my Mac. I did a sync and there are 2 different libraries in my iPhone instead of one. How do I fix this? Please help, Thanks.

The items you enter on your iPhone go in a separate collection then the items that are synced from DVDpedia. This is to avoid confusion as there is yet no backward sync from Pocketpedia to DVDpedia. If you enter the items in your Pocketpedia collection into DVDpedia you can then remove the Pocketpedia collection by swiping it from left to right.
