Library-independent collections

I am having trouble making existing collections library-independent in DVDpedia.

When I click on File, the choice to Exclude Collection from Library is not available. I can only do this when starting a new collection.

Any suggestions?

It's likely your trying to exclude a smart collection, you can only exclude regular collection. Select all and use "New Collection from Selection" to create a collection that you can then exclude from your library. (Depending on your preferences to include excluded collection in smart collection those entries might then also be removed from the smart collection).

So it looks like I have to choose between having a smart collection OR one that is excluded from the library .... hmm, not sure which way will work better for me, so I'll have to play around with it and see.
