I created a topic (2022 Wish List - Top 4) in "Feature Requests" that should have been in "PediaTalk".
Is there a way to move that topic and if so, how?

Though I can move your Topic from "Feature Requests" to "PediaTalk" I feel your original forum placement is the correct one. If you look at the synopsis of the two forums you will understand.
Your ideas for future enhancements to the Pedia's can still be deliberated on by everyone within the "Feature Requests" forum as that is also apart of its function. Whilst "PediaTalk" is more about existing features and tips & tricks.
