GamePedia and DVDPedia not exporting to iPod Classic

I just upgraded both of the Pedias that I use to 5.0, and they aren't exporting to my iPod Classic (160 GB), even though both recognize my iPod, and say that the collections have been uploaded to the Notes folder. How do I get this feature working again?

Try exporting a smaller collection to see if that makes a difference please. If the result is the same, please send us the Notes folder from your iPod so we can check that out here. (Just click on the iPod on your Desktop and select the 'Notes' folder.) You will find our email on the support page.

I'm having the same problem. Even with a small collection and even though it gives me the confirmation that my "collection is now available on the iPod under notes", my Notes folder is empty when I check from the desktop (and directly on the iPod). Nothing seems to be moved over to the iPod when exporting. Help!

It could be a permissions issue on the iPod. Could you please try the following: create a folder with the same title that you'd assign your export, for example "Library", inside your Notes folder (use the Finder). Then re-do the export to that exact same folder and let me know if that makes a difference.
