hi guys,
i updated dvdpedia to the 5.0.1 version but i have a little problem with the details.
i always used imdb to find information about my movies but after the update, on the title bar of the details (i use collection style) i have the italian title of the movie (i'm italian of course).
i don't like that, before the update i used to have the original title there.
is there a way to solve this problem, at least a way that allows me to choose what i want to read on that bar?
i tried but i poorly failed.
thanks.

Re: DVDPEDIA DETAILS
You can update the Collection details template to display the 'Original title' field instead of the 'Title' field, sure. All you have to do is change the tag [key:title] for [key:originalTitle]. If you have some HTML experience, you can find more information in the Help file. If you don't have any experience with that, let me know and I can do it for you.

Re: DVDPEDIA DETAILS
thank you very much.
i didn't have any HTML experience but i managed to do that.
now it's perfect for my needs, also if i now that i'm going to modify something else just because i learned a new thing...like a kid you know.

Excellent! (Make sure you keep a copy of your customized template in "InfoTemplates" in the DVDpedia data folder instead of inside the program so that it doesn't get overwritten when you update the program in the future.)

Re: DVDPEDIA DETAILS
last question about your last post...i found out that if i don't keep the new file also in the program folder, other than in "info templates", the info below the title (like director, media, genre, etc.) aren't aligned but are kinda messed up.
is it normal like that?
and now after every update i have to copy the file from "info templates" to the program folder?

Re: DVDPEDIA DETAILS
No, the fields shouldn't change regardless of where you save it. (But you always want to save your customized templates outside of the program so that they don't get overwritten when you download an update.)
Send me the template you customized so I can take a look at it here. You can use the support email on this page.

thank you.
thank you.
Re: DVDPEDIA DETAILS
Update for anyone else running into this problem: make sure you copy the 'includes' folder from inside the program package into the InfoTemplates folder outside since that contains the javascript that arranges the fields neatly.
