How to print without Country category

I am trying to print out my movie list and do not want the "Country" category to be removed from this. I can go under "View" and "Columns" and select or deselect the options I want on this viewing, but there is no word "Country" to add or delete. That is just wasted space for me. I also see the column heads under "Preferences" and the word country is there, but changing that does nothing either. I've tried removing it and restarting, then adding back, nothing removes the Country category. And help is greatly appreciated! Thanks! Gary

Ctrl-click (right-click) the 'Country' column in your table view and choose 'Remove column' from the menu.

Thank you. Something so easy...not feeling real brilliant right now. I was so involved in searching all the menus I didn't think of the good old right click. Thanks.

On the menus it would have been under "View" --> "View options" or right above that the quick "Column" access submenu.
