Well, before I erase all of my data, I am trying to play it safe and come here to report the error and hopefully preventing a data melt down. OK, I have been trying to install the new upgrade and have not been successful. I have already tried the following:
**Deleted the program from iTunes, than re-downloaded the program into iTunes = No Joy
**Hard Reset of iPhone (Held down the Power Button and the Program (Circle) Button) = No Joy
**Tried several different load options = No Joy
The error code I am getting, each and every time = 0xE800002E = Like I said, this error code is the ONLY one that appears!
So, Almighty Program Guru's, whats next.........................

We just had another user who wrote to us with the same problem and he fixed it by deleting the program and re-downloading it. However this will mean that your data will be lost so this is only a solution if you have a Mac and can sync your database after downloading the program again.

Since this is an iPhone OS problem though I'd suggest waiting until Friday when the new OS 2.1 release is coming out. Since that'll be a major release with a lot of bug fixes, it should include a fix for this problem and take care of it for good.
