Images not working?

If I mirror a selection to update the art work, it essentially just deletes the poster ( https://doghouse.bruji.com/dvds/1619981 )
If I contribute a new selection it says "artwork not available" ( https://doghouse.bruji.com/dvds/1690701 )
Is this a known issue?
