I received your support answer and thank you, but I can't add new DVDs onto my iPhone. There is no plus button on it that let's me add anything. What can I do so I can put them on the phone?
As it stands when I open Pocketpedia it immediately goes to Collections (no other beginning page). There are two collections listed. The top one is "Library" which for some reason only has 366 listings while the collection below it which I think was originally dvdpedia but I renamed it, has 396. Neither one allows me to enter a new DVD. When I click on "Amazon" at the bottom of the screen and type out a DVD's name it asks me to send it to a collection, but neither Library or "myDVDs" are listed and it asks me to create a new collection.
A: So how do I add a DVD on my iPhone if it won't list my existing collection and...
B: Why doesn't my library and my collection have the same number of DVDs listed?
Thanks so much
HOW DO YOU ADD DVDS ON MY IPHONE?
Re: HOW DO YOU ADD DVDS ON MY IPHONE?
There is a difference between collections that were synched over from the Mac and collections created directly in Pocketpedia. Those synched over from the Mac can't be modified at the moment because there is no backward synching feature yet. (So any changes you'd make wouldn't be synched back to the computer.)
Entries that you add directly on your iPhone via the Amazon search go into the Pocketpedia collection.
The two collections that you have in the DVDpedia folder in Pocketpedia will be a mirror of whatever you have synched over from your Mac. Could it be that the myDVDs was an import that you made into DVDpedia? Check DVDpedia on your Mac and remove the myDVDs collection if it only contains duplicates from your Library.
