4.4 upgrade, Isight no longer works, already tried fix

1) how do i back out of the install and go back to 4.3.2?
2) When I select "Edit|Add Multiple Books" or "Edit|Add Book" and then click on "iSight" I get the picture window with the red lines, but no camera (black screen). As a test, I selected "Advanced|Capture cover art" and was able to get the camera, no problem. This was working fine with 4.3.2 and only started after the upgrade to 4.4.

NOTE: I read the other post, clicked on the new download links, followed all the instructions, and for me, there is no change.

Could you please download this version and run the iSight once, this will print some information to your console log about your iSight. Please let us know that information, you can read the log with the program of the same name in your utilities folder.

To downgrade append the version number to the download link, version 4.3.2.

This re-installed 4.3.2, and iSight works just fine . Here's the line from the console:
