'Get iTunes CD info' plug in - Composer names

Hi - I've noticed (after cataloguing 2000 classical CDs!), that iTunes has a Composer column! However the 'Get iTunes CD info' plug-in doesn't import composer names. Am I doing something wrong, or does it just not do that?

The Get iTunes CD info plug-in was written by a user before there was a composer column (before 4.0). I will update the plug-in for the next CDpedia version to include that information. Thank you for pointing it out. You can try the beta of CDpedia, although I am not near a CD with composers at the moment so I was unable to test it out.

Is there any way to remove the composer field when I use iTunes CD info plug in?

You can download the old CDpedia version and replace the plug-in in the new version with that in the old version. You will find the plug-in inside the program that needs to be opened using ctrl-click: CDpedia.app/Contents/Plug-ins/iTunesCDInfo.plugin.
