Pocketpedia lacking in documentation

This is an edit of my post which assumed that barcode scanning only works sometimes.
I now found out that depending on the state of the icon in the lower right either Doghouse is queried or the ISBN is sent to the Bookpedia app on my computer.

This is not obvious to first time users and should be emphasized in the documentation.

I also have a totally unrelated feature request - it would be great if Pocketpedia could query other sources like Goodreads or Amazon, Doghouse unfortunately only rarely finds information about my german books.
