Old version of CD pedia and Amazon

I am running a very old version of CD pedia - 4.6.4. I am having trouble like many other people all of a sudden with Amazon and I am so confused so as to feel like an idiot. I got to the page on Amazon for the Associates where it is asking for a website and I have no idea what to do next. I have read through older posts but still am lost.

Amazon changed their requirements in October that the associate and amazon web service primary email must be the same. The old keys are under a different email address and since we can't have more than a single email address now we can't enable the old keys for 4.6.8 at the same time as those in 5.

Version 5 supports all the way back to MacOS 10.5, so you should have no trouble upgrading to restore access. Once upgraded, enable Amazon with this quick setting.
