missing fields in data entry window

When either entering a new book or double clicking on an existing book in my library, the fields in the 'extra', 'selling' and 'links' tabs no longer appear. The 'main' tab appears to work fine. This just started happening. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app and it still does the same thing. The only thing that appears in the extra tab is a url link to the book. Thank you.

To show the empty fields, click on the "Show All" at the bottom left of the add/edit window.

If that is not the case, check your preferences in Bookpedia -> Preferences -> Fields (tab) menu command. You can then make sure that all the fields that you want to use are currently checked.
