Big font after scan

I scan books with my barcode.

After the scan (multiple add), the app gives me the title of the book with very very big characters on the screen.

Is it possible to avoid it?
What is the option to modify?

The big font is meant to be seen when you are standing far away from the computer. I'll look at adding a preference to disable it. But if you are standing near the computer you can also use the regular search with the barcode scanner with the preference to "add the first result automatically" and "return to search window" under general preference, this will achieve the same result as the multiple add without the big font.
