when i want to move movies from an collection to another collection on mac （dvdpedia）,then sync on iphone （pocketpedia）,all movies cover in pocketpedia is empty！！！！！！！

I haven't been able to repeat the problem here. Can you please give us more specific details about the exact steps you take, including the type of collection you're moving the entries to and from (Library, smart collection, library-independent, etc.)
Did you turn off the 'Large Covers' option by any chance? If so that would remove the large version of the cover images the next time you sync but the thumbnails would remain of course.
You can always force the program to re-sync all cover images by holding down the Option key on the keyboard when you tap the 'Sync' button in Pocketpedia 3.
