Hi,
I've got a problem with my library on DVDpedia: when I enter my movies (I do it manually) on the catalogue, the covers that I import don't appear on my library.
I've tried several times but everytime it's the same, it's like I never imported them.
What can be the problem? Have I erased some files by mistake or it's a problem of the software?
Thank you for your help
DVDpedia: Can't save the covers
Re: DVDpedia: Can't save the covers
If the covers aren't saved it might be that there is no covers folder. Check in your DVDpedia data folder (by default located in your Home folder under ~/Library/Application Support/DVDpedia) that there is a folder called "Covers" inside. If it's not there, create it and restart the program. Your covers should show up fine now.
If there is a covers folder yet the images still don't appear for you, could you have a look at your console log, see if there are any messages from DVDpedia? You can access the console log via the application 'Console', located inside your Applications/Utilities. The newer messages are towards the end of the log.

Re: DVDpedia: Can't save the covers
Thank you so much,
I discovered that my covers folder was placed on "Application Support" while the rest of the file were on "Documents".

Re: DVDpedia: Can't save the covers
Ah, that would explain it. You can keep the DVDpedia folder where ever you want, Documents or Application Support, just make sure it's all together and only move it while the program is not running. (To let the program know where you moved the data folder to, hold down the Option key during start up and then choose the data folder.)
