I had the exact same problem- I had to copy the .frappliance folder into the Users/frontrow folder first then user terminal to move it to the right directory.. looked like "mv /Users/frontrow/DVDpedia.frappliance /System/Library/CoreServices/
Finder.app/Contents/PlugIns/"

Does that make sense to you?

I also had to move the library to a different location on the ATV...

Yes - actually just after my post, I found that moving the DVDpedia folder to the frontrow home folder, then using terminal to move it to the PlugIns folder worked... thanks for your help.

Help! I have tried using"mv /Users/frontrow/DVDpedia.frappliance /System/Library/CoreServices/Finder.app/Contents/PlugIns/" but I still get the message "read only file system". Can you tell me how to get around that more specifically? I cannot get DVDpedia.frappliance into the plugin file. Thank you for any help.

Download the plug-in once more from the para9 website. There was a problem with the installer but it's been fixed.
