pocketpedia2 First Sync not Finishing

when I click Sync in pocketpedia2, I just see a popup window with
Synchronizing...
requesting collections

I have left my Iphone plugged in for 9 hours and it still says this.

my library has 1532 in it. I shut off cover images to help speed it up but that didn't work.


anyone have any other suggestions I can try?

Had the same thing. Closed pocketpedia, the concerned -pedia, turned off wifi, turned on wifi, opened the -pedia, opened pocketpedia, launched the sync with the concerned -Pedia in front of all other applications... and that did it (oh, yeah, I knew it was not a firewall issue, because the other -pedia had synchronised ok after me clicking on the button....)

These problems are usually due to network errors. You can try what Midori says. Also restarting both Mac and iPhone is never a bad idea when weird things happen.
