CDpedia - Manually Adding Tracks for Multi-Disc Titles

How can you add tracks manually for a multi-disc CD, so that they show up like they do when track listings are brought in from one of the external sources, like Amazon US?

Download the beta of CDpedia, in it the tracks table has a contextual menu (control-click) that lets you split or join the selection of tracks into multiple discs. This way you can add tracks manually and arrange them properly for multiple disc sets.
