Thanks, but I tried that and didn't work.

Sometimes the column flips ascending/descending; sometimes nothing happens at all. (with option held down)

I know there must be a way to sort artists by last name but I can't figure it out.

I see there was a fix for it a couple of years ago, but ... ??
