You can download the fixed version of the dvd.it plug-in from our Extras page again. Make sure you follow the directions on how to delete the old plug-in from inside the application before installing the new plug-in.

Bookpedia will automatically show you the .ipod templates when you choose the 'export to ipod' feature. All others will be ignored. It will also let you know if it can't find any .ipod templates so you could technically skip step 1 and let the program do the searching part for you.. :) No, you don't...

The export to iPod is not a backup for your data, it's just a way of taking your collections/library with you so that you can have a 'Bookpedia on-the-go'. When you go shopping, for example, you can remember the books you have on your wishlist... For the export to iPod you need to use the .ipod temp...

I've tried writing a plug-in for one of the bol sites once and had to give up because their site was impossible to parse. Then one of our users started work on bol.nl a while back but we haven't heard back from him again... :) It seems like those sites aren't very plug-in friendly. But I can have a ...

Hi diggedydog, We would like to include a direct Palm export feature at some point. It's already on our 'to do' list. For now, you could use the regular export to put a list on your Palm. Both the tab and comma delimited format will work or you could even use one of the simpler HTML templates and vi...

You get up to three activations for each serial number so the program shouldn't give you any trouble yet... If you email me your serial number, I can check what's happening and maybe de-activate one of the activations. You can find our email (encrypted) on our supportpage.

Try holding down the option button before sorting the column. If it's already sorted, click on another column header and back to the Custom column with the option button held down. Does that change the sort to numerical? If not, here's how you can get the numbers over to Collection ID. If you haven'...

IMDb is actually the only site of all the plug-ins that DVDpedia uses that has an explicit statement on its website prohibiting the use of the sites' information in 'scraping'. So the Delicious Library statement is partly true. However, we believe DVDpedia's use of the IMDb site could be constituted...
