The Pedias actually support both types of CueCats - regular and modified ones. But if you plan on using the CueCat with other applications too then a modified one is the way to go. PGW: About the iSight scanning trouble - our code is not perfect yet, which is why we open-sourced it so that other dev...

New DVDpedia template designed by a user
DVDpedia has just gotten another addition to its growing template family. This one, called Antracite, is based on the Bluenote and White templates and has a very slick, 'modern black' look. You should definitely take a look and download the template here . If you have any suggestions for improvement...

We do have friends in Italy - it's actually my family - but we're still working on the Italian translation. The one for CDpedia is done though so hopefully the others will be on their way soon. (Because some of the files are interlinked, it'll make more sense to release all of Italian translations a...

Hi MJ, you can export the library (either with the .Mac direct export or using the regular export and uploading the page yourself) so that people can see your library online and browse through it. For the borrowing feature, you could then add a mail link so they could drop you an email directly to a...

Thanks for all the posts and opinions. It's good to know what our users are looking for (or not). As for sharing the different libraries - for now you could use the AmazonPedia widget to do just that. The widget can access all the Pedia libraries at once (just select the dog in the toolbar) as well ...

Add a genre to the genre field and hit Tab or click on another field. That'll save the genre to the autofill list. Otherwise you can also go into the DVDpedia Preferences/Autofill and add the genres you like to the list there. After that the program should always autofill the genres for you. (The sa...

If your Amazon wish list is public then you can view it with the Pedias by entering your email address or name into the search field and then choosing ‘Wish List’ from the search type drop down menu. After that, choose the right Amazon site from the search site drop down menu and hit the search butt...

The URL drag into Bookpedia should work as usual. Make sure you're dragging the URL into the table view in Bookpedia and that you're dragging the fav icon (the little icon in the URL bar) not the writing. If the problem continues, could you send us (or post here) a few URLs that aren't working for y...

We did think about that for a while but then MacGourmet came out and they seemed to have done such a good job that we didn't feel like competing. So for now, there are no plans for a Recipedia, sorry.
