Thanks. I didn't even know about the command-b and command-n shortcuts.
That will help if I can just remember the shortcut. Is there a handy reference somewhere that lists all of these?

Arrow keys in "Add>Search Results"
When I do a search in the "Add Book" window, the Pedias open up the window showing all search results (from Amazon, iMDB, etc.) However, if I'm trying to find the correct entry, I have to click on each entry individually to see the corresponding information in the "Edit" window. ...

Re: Spine Labels
I would like the ability to create label templates based on the Pedia data as well. I like the idea of checking just certain entries to print.

Re: Dropbox.com and syncing
Has anyone tried this with Dropbox with success? I also use Dropbox with 1Password and it works great.
I'm looking at getting a Mac Mini to use as a media center hooked into my TV and I'd love to be able to enter data on my laptop and have it synced to the Mini.

Re: Scan to Borrow
I've wanted something similar to this, but slightly different. I want to be able to assign all of my books a custom field for my self-created barcodes. For example, I have a labeling program that can create labels containing text (could be Title, Author, collection ID, etc.) and a barcode that can b...

Re: Pocketpedia speed improved, backup still glacial
On a related question. If I'm syncing with both Pocketpedia 1 & 2, I'm assuming that it creates 2 copies of the data on my iPhone? One for each application? I'm sure that there's no way around that, but just wanted to check. I hadn't thought about the fact that it would increase the first post-b...

Re: PocketPedia Update
Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere: Any chances of adding barcode scanning to a future PocketPedia version? I'm sure you've seen the RedLaser iPhone app, and on the iPhone 3GS it works remarkably well. Second suggestion -- iPhone remote for DVDPedia in full screen mode. That would be AWESOME!...

Re: Transferring *pedia to iPhone
It will transfer the title and director as well as all the personal fields that are not filled by Amazon (location, borrower, awards, country, ...). This way you can still know what movies you have but the Amazon data for that movie will stay only on DVDpedia (summary, reviews, price, url link back...

Exporting to MobileMe questions
I've exported to MobileMe before (in December) and it posted to the following address--although I had to dig around a little to find it: http://homepage.mac.com/myork2/Michelle's%20Movies/index.html I just exported again. There haven't been a lot of changes to my library, so I didn't think that it w...

.jpg numbering of covers
I'm a little curious about how DVDpedia assigns file names/numbers to new items as cover art is added. The Application Support>DVDpedia>Covers folder shows all of the covers. However, it's numbering system seems to jump around. They start at 548.jpg and continue to 861.jpg, then it skips to 1359.jpg...

Re: TV – Apparently It's All the Rage
[quote="DanW"]Hello, This is the same problem everyone else has been having. TVRage changed their website layout, which broke the way the plugin gathers information for the episodes. Until I get a chance to rewrite the parser for the info, the plugin will not work. I've been considering re...

It would be great if users could post which template they're using for their sites. That's helpful in deciding what I want my own site to look like.

Exporting to MobileMe--changes only
I'm currently exporting my main library collection to my Mobile Me. What happens when I make changes within DVDpedia? Will the next export only export/upload the new changes or will it have to re-upload EVERYTHING? 2nd question, vaguely related. I entitled the "site" as "Michelle's Mo...
