Info View Formatting Issue

Since the latest update to version 4.6.7, I am having formatting issues with the Collection info view template as well as my custom info view template. The bug is that instead of aligning the information such as "publisher", "genre", "format", etc. to the left, some of ...

Search Bar Handling of Longer Text (All Pedias)

I've run into an issue with the search bar that I'm hoping can be fixed. This is a problem the affects all the pedias (I'm guessing it affects Gamepedia but since I don't own it, I can't check). The issue I'm encountering happens when I'm searching for long titles that can't fit in the search bar wi...

Specify Book Format/Find and Replace/Wordpress

First, I'd like to say that the pedias are amazing applications and I'm so incredibly grateful for them. They're among my favorite applications for my mac and some of the most used as I love cataloging. They're incredibly well built and user friendly. Now that I've said how wonderful they are, I'd l...

Re: Amazon Killing Mobile Apps That Use Its Data

It will be public in the sense that if you're interested in helping us test it, you can send us your UDID and we will add it to our beta tester list and you'll be able to run it on your iPhone. You can find the UDID by clicking on the serial number of your iPhone in iTunes or using the free program...

Re: Amazon Killing Mobile Apps That Use Its Data

Amazon.co.uk had much better customer service than Amazon.com. I still haven't heard anything from them. I wish they would at least acknowledge the complaint. I've sent a letter to the CEO's email. I don't think it will do any good (I doubt anyone actually reads it) but it was worth a shot.

Re: Removing Blue Music Note

Thank you, they're gone now. Thank you for explaining what it was and how to get rid of it. I had already turned off the the option in the preferences but when it didn't get rid of the music notes I thought it was related to something else.

Re: Edit Window Stays Open After Adding New Item

Thank you, that fixed the problem. I don't know why it got unchecked for Bookpedia and not the other two pedias I have.

Edit Window Stays Open After Adding New Item

Up until I installed Leopard, when I added a Book in Bookpedia, the edit window would close automatically. After upgrading to Leopard (when I got a new computer) the edit window stayed open after I clicked "add". I figured this was a conflict with Leopard and the pre-4.0 version of Bookped...

Removing Blue Music Note

Is there any way of removing the Blue Music Note from CDPedia? I think I read somewhere in this forum that it's there to mark tracks available in the iTunes Music Store which isn't useful to me at all. Thanks in advance.

Re: Amazon Killing Mobile Apps That Use Its Data

Has someone started a Twitter campaign yet? I'm fairly new on Twitter and wouldn't know how to start a campaign, but if you start one, I am happy to join in (@thaJeztah) Actually, I have no idea how to start one. I don't even have a Twitter Account but I know that it was really popular the last tim...

Re: Bookpedia: Series ignore leading articles

Thank you for clearing that up. I wasn't sure if I was just missing a setting or something. It's definitely a feature I look forward to in the next version.

Re: Bookpedia: Series ignore leading articles

I just ordered my books by series and realized that, at least by default, the leading articles are not be ignored. Is there a way to change this in the preferences? I've had the pedias so long I can't remember if I specifically told the program to ignore "The", "A", etc. for the ...

Re: Amazon Killing Mobile Apps That Use Its Data

I have just sent an email to Amazon regarding this issue. It really makes me angry that they would do something like this. I have taken myself off auto-renewal for their Prime Membership (I can't cancel it since I've made purchases through them since the last time it renewed) and have deleted any Am...
