I apologize if this has been discussed before. I have a recording that is a two-CD set. Is there a way to add that as one entry with each disc identified separately?

Even though CDPedia allows you to enter the number of discs for a recording, there doesn't seem to be a way to add the tracks from the 2nd, 3rd, etc. discs the the 1st discs record.
