Bookpedia suggestion

I am a happy user of DVDpedia and love it.
I finally decided to do something with my paperback book collection.
Bought Bookpedia, and its great.

After entering 200 or so into the program, I have an item to add in the next
revision(hopefully).

I have books that go back (Ihate to say it), forty years. A lot of the books don't have bar codes, heck some don't even have ISBN codes, but I can still usually find the books by name and author.

What I don't usually get is the cover pictures. So far I have been scanning the covers into Photoshop and then dragging them into Bookpedia.
This works, but it would really be a great time saver if there was a built in scanning ability in Bookpedia.

Well there it is, the only thing lacking in what is a great program.

You can do that already :) Just connect your iSight or firewire camera, select the book you want to add a cover image for, go into the Advanced menu/Capture cover image and scan away.

I would second the request by L. Olson. It is not possible now if you don't have an isight. The request is, that it should work with every scanner which has a twain-driver.

I second (or third) this request. I would like to be able to directly import from my scanner also. (not iSight).
