Re: DVDpedia: Article is ALWAYS ignored
Hi Nora, why did you do such choice? I think if a user choose to ignore articles DP should ignore every article of every language, no matter what language DP is running. But if the user choose NOT to ignore articles DP should not ignore ANY article. OK, I found the 'Sort Title' field and it was neve...

DVDpedia: Article is ALWAYS ignored
Hi Devs, an Italian user reported that english article "the" is always ignored. DVDpedia is running in Italian and, if you flag the option, all kind of articles are ignored (english and italian) but, if you uncheck the option, english articles are still ignored so "The Bourne Identity...

Link movies.
Hi,
I can't remember how and I can't find where, but I'm pretty sure Nora sometimes ago wrote how to link movies each other, I used this technique to create boxset (1 to many) entries.
Can someone help me?

Re: Sound and Languages fields
Ciao Nora, I just opened a poll to see how people use the "Sound" field, I hope people will vote so I'll understand if we (I and Alex too!) are the only crazy to try to clean and fill every entry with the most information available. Please, read the post on the poll as I think that e...

POLL - How many entries into the "Sound" field?
Hi, someone :?: wrote me that devs didn't think to "tokenize" (use the "ballon" style like other fields, i.e. the Languages one) the Sound field as many users just use one entry. Despite the fact that I think it's ugly to see (from an esthetic point of view) and it should be toke...

Re: Sound and Languages fields
Ciao Alex, I think I should check what I have done with my DVDStore plugin, it could help  BTW, Sound filed is not "tokenized" like (i.e.) Languages one neither in the last beta, it will ever happen? :) Ciao. EDIT: I just checked and I split "5.1 DTS: English" into "5.1...

Sound and Languages fields
Hi, after some times I started to work with DVDpedia (beta) and I forgot what I was doing some months ago. The problem is with values for "Sound" and "Languages" fields. When I started to use DP I used a generic "Dolby Digital" for the sound field and a more complete &q...

Re: Android Version
Just my 2 cents as I have a Samsung Galaxy S. I know that an "auto-magically" application that sync with the main app would be great but, as Android people can browse through the filesystem, do you think that exporting HTML data with a well-done template (we could think to make templates &...

App Store
Hi Nora & Conor...hope you a great 2011! Yesterday I just upgraded to 10.6.6 and found this "nice" app. I don't know if they really thought it for users (it is really easy to keep apps updated) or it is just a new money source for Apple. BTW, Pixelmator people already sent to registere...

IMDb and Filming Locations
I didn't see it before, but now that I did it...I want it!
Is there any way to add "Filming Locations" to movies info? I always thought that it is nice to know where they shot it...
Ciao.

Re: DVD-Store.it plugin...i'm back
Thank you Conor, I downloaded it and started to remove some "rust"... Can you please explain how the plugin can handle search parameters (title, director, actor, DVD, VHS.... there is NO BLU-RAY !!!) ? With your new plugin version ("mode" defaulted to BR), the startSearch is call...
